Too many good dogs die because someone would rather have a purebred puppy. And it's not just "stupid people" who shouldn't be trusted with pets to begin with-- plenty of well-meaning people are fed myths that to have a well-behaved dog you *must* get it young, preferably with papers.

There is nothing wrong in my book with giving dirty looks to people who knowingly contribute to a very serious problem.

Depression is a chemical imbalance, often enough... which would be better solved with pills or therapy. Going to a strip club and looking at naked men is not a long-term solution for being depressed.

If you are well enough to function on vacation, you are well enough to go to work. Just because something makes you a little uncomfortable shouldn't mean you are exempt from it. I think I speak for everyone who has ever had a job when I say "work sucks".

Airline tickets are expensive. I don't want to sit next to bratty children who scream and kick my seat. I love kids, but I couldn't care less for these new-age formula-raised babies. today's children are not disciplined enough these days, and therefor have absolutely no manners... and this is not everyone else's problem. I should not have to "deal with it" because your baby was raised by TV, daycare and Twinkies.

It's true that calcium is found in more natural sources of food, ones that do not contain such additives or sugar.

No other animal other than humans will continue to nurse from another species for all its life, it's just not natural. We will not suffer any harm if we just eat properly in the first place.

When reasonable people lose their work, they look for a new job. Sometimes this means you have to go back to school. It is not the rest of the world's problem that you have put all your eggs in one basket and are now out of a paycheck.

Stomachs are stretchy. Baby birds are eating machines. Combine the volume of an expandable-and-already-large stomach with the crop (which is like a stretchy pre-stomach) and it's believable that so much garbage could wind up in a chick. After you feed a baby parrot, it will seriously look like it has a giant tumor growing out of its neck. It's disgusting. And they still scream for more.
