The Bible doesn't mention the word 'trinity' specifically, consider Matthew 28:19: "therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit" and 2Corinthians 13:14: "The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with all of you." Together, the three mentioned in these verses form the holy trinity.
