The History of art is a history of loss. Or better look at the art as being somethnig subjected to evolution. The evolution of art may best be understood by a loss of habitat. The depiction of natur and people as one of the initial habitats of art have been taken over by photography (which is currently drawn to extinction by CCD). The expulsion of Art from lead it to the new field of abstract art.. And here it is after Pollock Kandinsky and all the others like a lost child in a wide area not knowing where it should belong to... . No wonder that it somtimes find it self as a banana taped to a wall... And as lost as art itself is as lost is any attempt to define "art".
I am totally cool with the picture... Can't even see any wrong use of apostrohpe.... I see that a guy who calls himself "Expression" and sells hip hop wear designed by himself... Or he just omittet the last word of Expression's Hip Hop Wear SHOP... in case he also sells wear designed from other Hip Hop Wear designers... But that is not the Apostrophe's fault...
You loose! The language is more or less a living thing subjected to constant changes wherein the se changes may also be seen as an evolution of a language. Without doubt, there is always a correct way but as soon as all people constantly ignore all the rules, the rule changes or do no longer apply. In case you don't adapt the rules to the reality you end in a "dead language" such as latin.

Basically evolution is mutation (or change) combined with selection not more and not less. Wherever these two aspects apply you can observe evoluion at work. It seems there is some kind of misunderstanding with evolution. Evolution is a very effective killer and it is not there to save you or anyone or anything else form extinction. Evolution is above all the terminal "extinctor". Compare evolution with a kind of unfair race with slow and rapid changes of the rules and the track. On the other hand, all participants are subjected from to arbitrary small-step changes they even can't control. Note: Evolution is a killer, and therefore much more species have been erased fron the planet than are present right now. And it will continue killing. And if you take an open minded look at the world, you can see the principles of evolution working everywhere. So assume that evolution is true and believe me we are not the only one with special abilities, but whe where the first and where the ones that very successfully drive the second and third places towards extinvtion...

This camera is presumably mounted on a kind of building, and maybe the person just takes a photo of this building... Assuming there is quite a large distance between the camera and the person with the smartphone, i think the person is not even able to see the cam that is watching her.. (considering the optical system of the smartphone)... So expect to be watched and not be able to see it...
Thought of this option, too but:police cars are usually filled with policemen... considering the above law, i presume this could be used against you as a kind of "manipulating a police vehicle", however i preusme even this action could be considered as a kind of "obstruction of police work", "spoilation of evidence", or the like...

Jus imagine the police put the tracker mistakenly on your car, you discover the tracker and take it home for futhrer research. Shortly after the cops search your place and arrest you for stealing police property. This can not feel right or justified. As the end should not justify the means, the case of Derek Heuring should be closed immediately. However, now you know that in case you find a tracker on your car, don't take it home, just attach it to an arbitrary nex car, preferably to a UPS-van or to a container of a container truck. The law is for protecting all people, not for making police work easy, otherwise you end in a scenario where the police may arbitrarily search your home anytime and arrest yor for any reason.
