It's amazing how many stories about vampires or vampire like creatures pop up again and again in myths. I just read a part of the "The History of English Affairs." by William of Newburgh written in the 12th Century and he takes a whole chapter to just talk about revenants returning from the grave and killing the living and drinking their blood.

I'd have to see these in person. It is so hard to tell today what is virtual or studio tricks. Sure it looks awesome but is it practical?

I had always assumed that the grapefruit tasted that way naturally. It boggles my mind that it was bread to taste that way.

I was really sad about Artemis Fowl. It wasn't the book at all. I realize making the protaganist as unlikable as the books one is would probably turn people off to a movie but they made the movie so sappy. Shame.

There are a lot of places that will happily publish your studies for a little bit of cash. I wouldn't be surprised if this is that kind of thing and maybe some attempt to draw attention to the problems with the system.
