Indeed - just planting trees won't prevent disastrous climate change. It's always good to plant trees, but a) you have to plant the right trees in the right location, and b) you have to plant them correctly so they will grow. Also, other measures are necessary: switching to renewable energy, curbing our population growth, eating less meat, etc.
Here in Atlanta there is a similar business called Videodrome. Clearly plenty of people prefer the old-fashioned way to find videos. Sometimes the new way of doing something isn't necessarily better.
Something similar happens to people who take volcanic rocks from Hawaii. They suffer ill fortune and are convinced that Pele has cursed them, so they mail back the purloined rocks. If you are convinced that something is cursed, you will notice evidence that "proves" it is cursed. People are more likely to notice bad things that happen on the 13th of the month, especially if it falls on a Friday. A team that hasn't won a championship in a long time, or can't seem to win, must be cursed. And so on.
Well put, wiser guy! Maybe they had those phones before they lost everything else. While you're at it, why not ask how come some of them have eyeglasses, or wheelchairs, or even clothes?
