It actually could end being a selling point for someone, I'd say. But I agree about tiles being tough to clean. How often do you think someone's actually going to scrub Chewy's grout? Probably not very often.

I wonder if the rules allows you to include items in the beard, too. Add a few beads, and you could make an abacus-beard!
