True. Why manufacture new materials when you can use a material that's destined for repurposing as something else? Odds are, you probably don't have to pay too much (if anything!) to get your hands on some expired tires!
These are awesome. I'm a big Katamari / Colossus fan, so I'll let you guess which one caught my attention most. Tons of great examples here, though. Great job to the artists!
It's definitely a cool-looking grill. My main concerns is if that's attached to the wall of a house. Having hot coals next to your house? Maybe not the best idea ever, regardless of how cool it looks.
Looks like there's a lot of work that goes into each one of these. I'll bet that most people that get one of these probably end up keeping it intact, though. It'd be a shame to after one of these with a bat!
Now, if Manimal turned into a zip-tie bear? I guess he could at least cause minor scratches and restrain the criminals until real help arrived.
Manimal aside, I like this sculpture. I wonder if it springs back into shape if you compress it? That would make transporting it much easier!
