come on CFE, Obama is NOT pro-abortion. There is a HUGE difference between pro-abortion and pro-choice. I am pro-choice. I dont condone abortion, but I dont feel that the government OR YOU has the right to tell me or any other women how to run my body.
Obama has stated on many many occasions that he is for regulation and restrictions on abortion. But you and other conservatives are so blinded by your own ideologies that you think it's ohk for a woman to be forced to carry a child against her free will (incest/rape), or you think that an unborn childs life outweighs the life of a woman.
by the way, i usually vote republican. not this time though. I also live in Alaska, I helped elect Palin as Governor...since then she has proved to be nothing but an idiot.

using religion to make a logical argument doesnt work. can you prove to me otherwise that life begins at conception? I think that what we humans generally see our minds/conciousness as the thing that seperates us from the rest of the animal kingdom. Based on this, I think it's logical to say that a fetus is human when its brain has developed enough for the potential to have "higher consciousness". This doesnt happen until 40 days after conception.
