Two very talented men, as Eddie points out, they were supported by much less talented writers. That said, I enjoyed this film, and their other films, and their TV show.

Some shows were cancelled before they had a chance to "Jump the Shark" - like that one about the castaways - I forget the name...

All in all, I have to say that "You Nazty Spy!" is the better film.

I knew a gal back in the day named Iris Martin - she was a secretary, and a dead ringer for Miss Monroe. Needless to say, she was quite popular.

I missed most of Beatlemania when it first hit - we had a small radio and I'd hear the occasional song or story about the boys, and for a short while we had a group that imitated them - not very well. Many years later I got to hear their music, some of which I liked. I also liked the movies, and the cartoon. As a skipper myself, I always liked this film the best of all their films - and Eddie is right - Hey bulldog is superb!

There are still some places in the US where you must pay to "go" - as Eddie says, they make you pay for a token. Last time I was in the Casino in Seaside Heights it was still the case there - still worth the money if you've had too much coconut cream pie...

Punch Drunks is my favorite Stooges short, and the only one (other than its remake with Shemp) where the boys got writing credit.
