I read that he runs a business boosting people's accounts if they are too busy or lazy to put in the time themselves.Evidently this is a big thing in some countries, with many people doing this as a side job and some full time.

I did tattoos at several different shops in Chicago in the early 90's. I had at least 100 different gangbanger cards. A coworker who had grown up as an active member of the latin kings had 2 shoeboxes completely filled with them. Goofy anecdote: the first card I got was after tattooing a latin king member named Pee Wee. He got a black and grey picture of Pee Wee Herman, bursting out of his torn skin, smiling, with a joint in his mouth. He wasn't as scary as most that I met.

i live in a generally rural county in NC. i worked for a fella who was a great-grandfather at the age of 45. he had his first kid at the age of 15, his first kid did the same and then her kid. at least they weren't all cousins.
