This is a fantastic costume im amazed somebody would make something like this especially for one event [in this case starfest 2009] It was made for the sci-fi costume contest there that year. And not a furry convention or for sexual reasons as you seem to think.
I decided to check out the creators DA home page she dosent really seem to be a furry more of a taxidermist with a few sci-fi fandoms so i think you are safe in not having to imagine some strange sexual actions being pro-formed in this.
