Here in Japan, some trucks have steel jack that descends and pushes the truck trailer-cab up.Also quite handy for getting the earthmover back on.

its from singapore. The guys on the left are in the singaporean army uniform. And of course the indisputable accent.

i'll have to second Noah about the accents. definitely Singaporean. not to mention some very typical exclamations native to Singapore.
