What Time Is It in Canada?

Joey deVilla of Accordion Guy wanted to know the current time in Canada, and found his answer in one of these three wall clocks on the wall of an unnamed Days Inn hotel.

That clock is totally wrong. Canada is on the metric system, I think. So they have, like, 10 hours a day.
