Fool-Proof Roast Turkey

There's not a lot to cooking a perfect turkey. Once you've remembered to properly thaw it by Thanksgiving Day, the rest is easy. You put that turkey in a hot oven until it's done, then eat. Joseph Herscher (previously at Neatorama) shows us exactly how to do it.

Got one of these as a gift decades ago. No matter how you prepare the bird, it comes out moist with the dark and light meat finishing at the same time. As a bonus, it takes an hour less than package recommendations.

Not bad - it is fun to look through. It looks like they got the biliary system and pancreas a little off. The way I understand it, a duct from the pancreas should join up with the bile duct leaving the gall bladder, then then enter the duodenum.
