I think you mean possum and not opossum. There is a technically a difference if I recall correctly.

OK, I'll take your word for it. I've spent my entire life being ridiculed for saying possum instead of opossum, so it's a breath of fresh air to be corrected in the other direction!

I always find it interesting that you get these 'celebrity' species in the animal kingdom like lions and tigers, and there so many species that people have just never heard of.
