Flying Saucer Breakfast

This is a great idea for a kid's breakfast! Spoonful's recipe is simple enough that even kitchen klutzes like me could manage it. And it looks pretty healthy, too.

Sometimes. if I arranged the coconuts just right, we could pick up TV audio - one time, we got to listen to Shatner romancing Joan Collins - the island seemed a bit warmer during that broadcast.
