I never cared for those slices of cheese "food product" wrapped in plastic. I like real cheese. I used to work in a gourmet cheese and wine shop (and later on in a health nut shop) and I appreciate good cheese and have no patience buying 'food products' with who knows what ingredients have been added to make their products edible.
Yes, it's true. I am a cheese snob.
