Allergies begin when a person’s immune system mistakes a harmless substance for a harmful one, and then begins to produce antibodies. Common examples of allergy triggers (allergens) are pollen and dust, certain foods like peanuts and eggs, and medications such as penicillin-based antibiotics. And then there are allergies that are next level. There are people who are allergic to water, sunlight, and even to vibrations! Now that’s just sad.
