Cornball

I'm familiar with this. Corny or cornball was my childhood nickname. not my fault though, I inherited Cornelius for a last name. by the way, the original Cornelius was a roman general who offered to adopt any legionnaires that finished their stint in the Roman army so they would be official Roman citizens. That was a big deal then sort of like becoming a 1%er. My regards to all you other Cornballs: Nos sunt verisimile non distant cognati. :)
