Costco’s five-tier wedding cake, which is called the Sid Wainer & Son Cheese Lover Artisan Wedding Cake, costs $439.99. It serves 105-150 guests.
Yes, it’s quite expensive. But compared to the average price of wedding cakes, which is around $500, this cheese wedding cake is not that bad.
From bottom tier to top, the cake is made up of these cheeses: Red Leicester, Danish Blue, Murcia al Vino, Tuscan Sheep’s Cheese, and Brillat Savarin Triple Cream Brie.

Awesome, but not new on this side of the Atlantic... Here in Ireland we got our cheese wedding cake from https://sheridanscheesemongers.com/product-category/wedding-cheesecake/ - you can choose the cheese, how many wheels etc. Our guests were stuffed so lots of it came home with us - we were eating wedding gouda for the next eight months :)
