Did you know that centuries ago, sushi was an ancient Japanese way to preserve fish by storing it in fermented rice. The rice would be discarded before eating the fish. Nowadays, it is known as a dish of vinegared rice with different choices of toppings, mostly different varieties of fish.

Indeed, sushi is a delightful dish. But it is not for everyone. There are those who can’t stand eating raw fish and those who are prohibited from eating one.

A solution to this problem is the vegetable sushi. Similar to other sushi, it is equally delicious and fun to eat. Many restaurants in Japan now include vegetable sushi on their menus, proving that they can cater to all food lovers with a little bit of creativity
