The Mysterious Cat-Men Of Japan

The Cat-Men supposedly first appeared in a Kyushuu shopping arcade around 2010, but now there are Cat-Men popping up all over the country, and they're starting to be seen as a bit of a problem.

Between the huge crowds who form around them, the fact that some Cat-Men sell cats and their willingness to go too far for the sake of entertaining crowds these seemingly innocent guys may be up to no good. But these cats certainly don't seem to think so.

Animals are not 'Chattel' and should not be sold ! Wheeling cats around in an overcrowded stroller through frenzied marketplaces is a nightmare for the poor cats.
These Japanese 'cat men' are willing to compromise the safety of the cats for profit by selling them to the highest bidder (without performing a basic background check of the 'buyer'.) Maybe these 'men' (and I use that term loosely) should focus on obtaining a job and stop profiting off innocent animals.
