Google Sheep View of the Faroe Islands

(Video Link)

The Faroe Islands in the North Sea offer some of the most beautiful views in the world. But you won't be able to see them on Google Street View.

Durita Dahl Andreassen wants to change that and is using the most Faroese element possible to achieve that goal: the sheep.

There are twice as many sheep as humans in the Faroe Islands, a place that literally means "the sheep islands." Sheep freely roam over the scenic mountains and valleys of the islands. So to convince Google to bring Street View to the Faroes, Andreassen placed a 360º on the back of a sheep and let it go grazing. Here is some of the resulting footage.

I think the media/police use the full name (including middle name) of serial killers so that innocent people who happen to have the same first and last names won't get mixed-up with the criminal.

Except the theory falls apart rather quickly. Do you know the middle names of:

Charles Manson, Ted Bundy, Paul Bernardo, Jeffrey Dahmer, Clifford Olson, Robert Pickton, Theodore Kaczynski, Adolf Hitler?

Theory could still hold Ted. Those killers were so famous that there really is no confusing them with a random person on the street. No rational person would assume the Ted Bundy in your office is the serial killer.

You're arguing all around my point, which is still valid. "Why do all killers have three names" is more subjective opinion than fact.

Maybe people who follow it more closely are noticing patterns in police reporting techniques, so mc's explanation is accurate for that. I'm not one to follow such morbid pastimes, which borders on hero-worship. I only pointed out that not ALL killers have, or are known by, three names.
