(2) I payed using a credit card and I haven't received any follow-up message regarding the order after the initial confirmation. That was three days ago, and I have no idea if the order was shipped.
(3) After placing that order I was invited to associate my Neatoshop account with the Neatorama account, which I promptly did. All messages showed that the process was successful, and now I can log in Neatoshop using this account – but my address wasn't saved, and I can't see that order in my order history on Neatoshop.
(4) Today I wanted to place another order for a t-shirt (international order), and I'm asked to pay the usual shipping fee.
That's four issues for two orders (the latter of which I haven't even placed, because the promotion doesn't work.) Neatorama, get your act together!
