He's cute but super annoying, and even though he's a member of the Fairy Tail Guild Happy is a bit too bubbly at times for even the most upbeat members of the guild. Still, he does have some mighty useful powers, and lots of knowledge about Magic, so he's a great guy to have around when things start going downhill. Just don't get on his, or any Exceed's, bad side or you'll wish you'd never messed with that little kitty faced dude!
