The 'Roni Roll

(Photo: Forking Tasty)

Do you want a hamburger? Well, sorry, but we’re fresh out. You could have a ramen burger, a macaroni and cheese burger or a spaghetti burger.

Alternatively, if you want to try something really new, then Jason and Anthony Anello offer the ‘Roni Roll. It’s a sandwich made on compressed bricks of cooked Pasta Roni. Specifically, they used bucatini pasta, which is a thick, tube-like pasta. Between these improvised buns they placed a double portion of parmesan chicken. The Anellos plan to market their new invention at locations in northern Brooklyn.

Sounds like something you need to try for "Don't eat that." I would experiment myself as I have a kitchenaid food grinder that works pretty well, but the whole gluten thing makes it difficult.
I do have a great idea for a crazy Thanksgiving burger I hope to put on here though!
