If there's one movie that was destined to fuel iinternet rage before filming even began it's Christmas Story 2. Well, it's coming out soon and it's gloriously bad it is!
Apparently they tried to make a sequel in the 90s, with an entirely different cast, called My Summer Story that featured Ralphie and the fam six months later. (thanks for the edit Algomaysa!)
Surprisingly, that still sounds better than this "official sequel" looks.

Isn't about a grown-up Ralphie with family, it's just a different cast. It takes place the summer after the events of A CHRISTMAS STORY.
