The best thing that you can do when you have a hostile encounter on the road is to drive away. Just drive.
This is the second best option. Especially if the jerk has conveniently left his car windows down.

A lot of drivers, especially in Russia, record everything that's happening on their journeys. In case an accident happens they then have video evidence to show insurance companies and avoid fraud from the other party.
