Blindry is a window blind. It's also a laundry drying rack. It's two things in one! And if you are in a small apartment with no automatic dryer, Blindry can be a handy space saver, as you fold up your drying rack into the window. When it's down, the sunlight coming in will speed the drying process. The description doesn't mention it, but I figure if it's sturdy enough, you can lay something flat across it and iron that laundry when it's dry, too. Designers Kim Bobin and Ko Kyungeun won a Red Dot Award for this idea. Link -via Nag on the Lake

I love the idea of find two roles for the one fixture. Where possible I try to get items to do double duty or find a second life as new thing.

If your clothes are drying on the rack you will be naked with the blinds open.
