In my comment above I mistyped "chiropterans." Sorry about that. Love a chiopteran today: build a bat house, donate to Bat Conservation International, push for government funding for combating White-Nose Syndrome. Bats are truly wonderful creatures. Take a closer look. You may be surprised.

Glorious idea! Bats, or "your cuddly neighborhood chuopterans," protect us from insect overpopulation and pollinate our crops. Bats are also good mothers to their young. They deserve our admiration and our protection. Bats are also beautiful, graceful members of the dusk sky. Love a bat today and every day.
