@algomeysa not only was the movie nothing like the story, it was nowhere near as good. From a View to a Kill is one of the better bits of the Bond canon.

The movie "Mixed Nuts". Steve Martin's character was talking about his father being killed by a truck full of mixed nuts, but all the characters in the movie were nuts. It was cute.

Some of those were a bit of a stretch. As in the movie "Airplane" - of course the word "airplane" is going to be mentioned..

I like in the James Bond movie A VIEW TO A KILL (itself named for the Ian Fleming short story "From A View To A Kill", though there's little resemblance between the two, where Grace Jones and Christopher Walken are in a blimp overlooking San Francisco Bay, and Grace Jones says, "What a view!", and Christopher Walken replies, "Yeah, a view to a kill!"

You'd think there'd be a pause and then one of them would say, "So, that was a weird non-sequitur...", but no...
