Amazing work, it has to take hours to figure out position of every single stamp and then vary the small details. I've just noticed that all those stamps are English, what an advertisement for Royal Mail! Impressive, although I have to agree with Jessss, Prince William really looks like Nicolas Cage.

Plus, yeah, it's cheating if he cuts them out. There's always a cheat.

He doesn't paint over the top. However, according to the website, he often cuts stamps of different colors and puts them together like jigsaw pieces.

They're not really acting as pixels if he just paints over the top of them.

It looks more like Nick Cage and Lindsey Lohan to me... But still awesome knowing it was made of stamps.
