The Circle of Leaf

With just a handful of Manzanita leaves, photographer Rob Herr captured the metaphorical essence of life on Earth, from birth to death and decay.

Found at The SciencePunk Blog. I claim no credit for the clever title. That belongs to Frank Swain of said blog (which you should visit, because he's got a lot of neat stuff)

I'm sitting in my school's computer lab and not doing the research on famous philosophers that I'm supposed to do.
The teacher comes to see what I'm doing.
"I've finished it already", I try to explain.
"Well, then you should search for more facts about philosophers and take notes- That's a very interesting picture. There's everything there, from birth to death... Wow. What's the site?"
"Uh... Neatorama..."
"Okay. Very interesting."
The teacher leaves.

Saved. Thank you, Neatorama!

Cheeto-Fingers is part of the fun of eating cheetos.

Someone who's going to go pick up their pizza to save a few bucks isn't likely to have a seat warmer in their car. I say this as someone who goes to pick up their pizza to save a few bucks.

Spent espresso grounds are good for removing tar from your skin. They are mildly abrasive, an the oil helps displace tar from skin, while they also stick to the tar to let it fall off. Also works on tools, as long as there's not too much tar.

NOTE: by 'tar', I mean black tarry stuff used to repair minor roof leaks
