Peepshi is sushi made from marshmallow Peeps! Yeah, it looks like sushi, but the ingredients are Peeps, Rice Krispies, and Fruit by the Foot, so you know it's super sweet. Link -via Nag on the Lake

Peeps aren't bad when they're kind of stale... I just don't like the feel of sugar crystals when you crunch down on them.
I have a strange obsession with peeps. They're so gross, and so adorable. I love these, because I also love sushi, and while these treats would be absolutely vomitous, the concept is just so crazy and well executed that I can't help but find it WONDERFUL.
