Sure, you liked OK Go's first video for the song "This Too Shall Pass", but you'll love this Rube Goldberg production as well! This official video for the recorded version was directed by James Frost, OK Go and Syyn Labs. -via Buzzfeed
I love these guys! The detail the put into the entire thing is astounding. I love how it goes from simple, commonly used methods to impressively complex ones and WAREHOUSEWIDE DESTRUCTION >8D!! They even show all of the TVs they went through to get the final product.
As fun as that was, it won't replace the original video in my heart. That version makes me cry - it's much more inspiring and full of hope. (I'm a sap.)
One that wasn't included on the list (because it's a word and not a phrase) is the word faze. As in, "That didn't faze her a bit, so she kept going." When I was a kid, I heard it in a song and asked my mother about it. She explained the meaning, and told me it was pretty much archaic and very rarely used in modern language. Fifty years later, it seems everyone on the internet is using the term with the correct meaning, but they spell it "phase."
