I looked at that website, and the first home w/ the garage in the back that has someone living in it. Freakin just over 600sqft and they're still wanting 159k!!! That is absolutely INSANE. I just can't believe how expensive housing is in Cali.
The prices you spend there for a little piece of crap house can get you in to some of the nicest neighborhoods and HUGE houses over here in the southeast.
