Visual DNA Art by Daniel Becker

For his art series VISUAL DNA, artist Daniel A. Becker converted the DNA bases G,C,A and T into various graphical interpretations. The result is surprisingly beautiful!

This one above is from the genome of Eudocimus ruber or the Scarlet Ibis: Link - Thanks Haj!

I think my favorite style of DNA art would be from this site: http://www.dna11.com/

It's a really cool idea where you give them your cheek swab and they create a poster of your DNA sequence with customized colours and such. I'm hoping to buy one myself in the future. :)

I could totally just make up something that looks like a DNA sequence, and sell it for the low, low price of $200. No one would ever know any better. I mean, who knows what their own DNA looks like?
