World's Longest Leg Hair

Stop the press! The world's record for longest leg hair HAS BEEN BROKEN! ZOMG!

Medical student Wes Pemberton was wearing shorts one day, when he noticed the strangest thing ever:

"I thought it was a hair from one of the girls in the car and it was attached. I'm just wondering 'what is this long hair doing attached to my leg'," he said.
On his calf, surrounded by normal hair, was a hair that measures five inches long. It doesn't have a name, but it'll be famous.
"The world record is 4.88 inches. So I just kind of washed it, and tried to protect it. When I get in the shower, I condition it to make sure it stays nice and strong."

Wes thought that it was the neatest thing in the world. His wife, understandably, did not, so doubtlessly it'll be gone soon.

my brother had hairs that would sprout overnight like that. it has happened to my boyfriend too. i think they just appear out of nowhere... like a mutated hair follicle. pretty sure it has happened to me as well.. their weird, that's all i know.

My ex-mother-in-law had a few leg hairs trapped under her pantihose that were at least four inches long. You'd sit across from her and notice that the hairs wound around and around and around. They were gross, but not as bad as her mottled teeth and dyed hair. Her head was orangutan red and splotchy. A thoroughly foul character!
