Giant Isopod.

This monstrous looking creature of the sea is the giant isopod, which is abundant in the cold, deep waters of the Atlantic and Pacific Ocean. They can reach a maximum length of about 45 cm or 18 inches.

My wife saw this and said that she just lost her interest in learning to scuba dive.

Eat it? Ewww. ha ha Well, I'm vegan so what's ya expect. I think it looks like a giant mole crab. I see smaller creatures very similiar to this every time I visit the beach in NC. They are fun for the kids to catch and then let go. We affectionately call them "diggers" because the dig in the sand so fast. The biggest I've seen was about the size of a quarter.

My thought was also "what's it taste like?" I looked it up on google and apparently not too good. I'd still try it though. They say that they eat it in Vietnam and other Asian Area's... This whole time I thought it was dog I was eating...
A little garlic butter and a side of rice....

Ohjesuschrist, at first I thought that was a kiddie pool, not the top of a poly drum. I can deal with them being lobster-sized, not so much pitbull-sized.
