| The Taj Mahal is a monument to love constructed in the 1600s in Agra, India. It's actually a mausoleum for Mumtaz Mahal, the favorite wife of Shah Jahan. The real Taj was built with white marble and inlaid with semi-precious stone and mosaic work.
