15 High Speed Trains From Around The World
Oobject does it again with another brilliant list comprised of 15 of the world’s most magnificent (and FAST) high speed trains and railways. Simply a must see.
In America, we’re used to driving. In fact, we thrive on it. However, in other countries, high speed rail is a key factor in getting people where they need to be. Some trains in existence can cover an entire country in a matter of hours, while the best we have is Amtrak’s Acela Express, a service that the Japanese and French laugh at for hours on end. Explore the world of high speed railways with us and be sure to vote on your favorite.

Crazy High Speed Video
I-Movix SprintCam v3 NAB 2009 showreel from David Coiffier on Vimeo.
I’ve been on a slow motion/high speed/time lapse binge as of late, which may be a good thing since I noticed that you folks are tiring from the regular time lapse videos of cities, skies and water. So, here is something a little different. Called “I-Movix SprintCam v3 NAB 2009 showreel”…yeah, the name isn’t so catchy or neat but the content is enough to make up for that. Created by David Coiffier who has a lot of other cool clips on his Vimeo page. My favourite has got to be the weird fuzzy green “bloooorp” thingy. I have no idea what it is but it really made my day. Remember to check it out in HD!
