Wirelessly-Connected Dominos Fall without Touching Each Other

Japanese artist Jarashi Suki developed dominoes that trip each other even without physical contact. Each one has a number, 1-5, displayed with dots. You can change the number of a domino by shaking it. When domino 1 falls, it will then trip 2, which will then trip 3, and so on. The video shows creative ways that this system can be used to make domino chains that would be impossible with conventional dominoes.

China Sets Human Dominoes Record with 10,000 Participants

Guinness World Records has declared that more than 10,000 people who gathered in northern China have set a new record for human dominoes:

Arranged in lines, they slowly collapsed backward onto each other in sequence from a sitting position like a line of toppling dominoes.

The 10,267 people who took part wore color-coordinated clothes that spelled out in English and Chinese the name of the city of Ordos in Inner Mongolia where the record attempt was made Thursday.

Dominoes + Tomatoes = Fun Flash Game

This is pretty self explanatory, but strangely addicting. Figure out which domino will set off the chain that will splat the tomato. You don’t have to make all of the dominoes fall down, but it’s better if you do – you have a set amount of time to complete all of puzzles, and you get time taken off for every domino you leave. Have fun!

With an amazing amount of patience and with a steady hand, 45 walls of Dominoes were carefully stacked using over 30,000 pieces!! And after it was completed, down it went with a slight push of the hand.
