Oh, don’t worry! If these are successful, the level of difficulty will be ratcheted up every week!
how about some of those paint-by-number ones that Conceptis makes? also known as picross or oekaki
Woot solved! I look forward to more puzzles. Thanks to Jayseki, as I had not heard of a picross.
I can’t do the puzzle because the ads on the right cover the third section. For that matter the ads are covering part of the comment section too.
The second Sudoko seemed a little harder than the first one (~10 minutes). Would it be possible to add an on-screen timer to the widget? Might make it possible for you to convert the puzzles into online contests.
I might have to change my assessment. I clicked the “More Puzzles” button and was taken to a website that already knew all about me. It had signed up to automatically get information from Facebook.
The only way to prevent it was to log out of Facebook or turn data sharing by going to “Account >> Privacy Settings >> Applications and Websites >> Turn off platform applications” within Facebook.
nice puzzles – I’m already aware of Conceptis Puzzles and always glad to find them all around!! You should try posting some of the picture logic puzzles…
For those that like to check their answers once in while but get tired of scrolling up to the menu, if you hit F11 it will take you to full screen mode so you can fit the puzzle and the menu on the same screen. Hitting F11 again will toggle you back to regular screen mode.
Rojomoke: We’ve got one more Sudoku after this and then we’ll be trying something new. Stay tuned! Thanks.
If you click on the “i” button it says:
“Classic Sudoku
Size: 9×9
Difficulty: Medium
Code: 060.9×9
ID: 06083700004
Date: October 27, 2010″
But, the title at the top says:
“Classic Sudoku 9×9 Easy 11/02″
Since the difficulty is more medium than easy, I think you need to update the title. I like the layout and input though, very easy to use.
dang, this one was kind of tough this week. I had to cheat a couple times at the begining. Probably could have figured it out eventually without cheating, but I am at work
I don’t like the fact I have to fill in all of the blank squares before the puzzle is complete
I agree with joshman, some kind of autofill for the blanks would be brilliant.
I think it is possible to get to a point with this puzzle 12/21 where it is mathematically impossible to determine the next square without knowing the picture or guessing.
I can’t figure out how the hell to play this. The rules make no sense. I am not familiar with sudoku. This needs better instructions.
