We all know that eating too much fast food can be incredibly bad for your health, and that many fast food chains cut corners to maximize profits, but according to the fast food workers who chimed in to Ask Reddit there is at least one item at every restaurant you should never order.
As a former employee of Little Caesars I can attest to the fact that the "butter" used on the Crazy Bread sticks is an awful, fake food product that was never refrigerated and would sit out for months.
Ever since I worked there I can't bring myself to eat at Little Caesars, and after you read this list of what not to eat you may think twice before you pick up some fast food.

You are right. Most of this is just plain False. Most lists like this about fast food are false. The last one I saw said Papa John's garlic butter was all trans-fat... which is exactly the opposite of true. And it's also a bit foolish to assume that someone who has worked at a McDonalds for a summer has an expert level understanding of food safety...

I used to work at Subway, and when we made tuna salad we used gloves. Besides, who wants their hands to smell like tuna and mayo? For the most part, I had no problem with Subway's stuff and I'll still eat there occasionally. The worst thing we ever did was eat the cookie dough.

There's nothing wrong with eating yesterday's food, as long as it's handled properly (not allowed to be at room temperature too long). But when a restaurant is full of overworked, underpaid, stressed out workers, you can't be too sure. Besides, we can eat safe, day-old food at home for less.

The chili at Wendy's and the chicken salad at Chick-fil-a often come up on these lists. They're both products used to sell old stock that didn't sell, either yesterdays burgers or chicken patties.
