How Is The New Neatorama Doing So Far? - Neatorama

Earlier this month, we launched the new version of Neatorama. It wasn't just a redesign - we actually built a new blogging engine from the ground up.

Our intrepid engineer Rommel has been fixing bugs and improving things. We've got some more improvements on the to-do list, but I wanted to check in with you guys and ask how we're doing so far.

There's currently no support for receiving replies via email. (In fact, the reply address your email went to is: do-not-reply at neatorama dot com.)

I believe you must have misread something because the email mentions two things about replying: 1) "To reply ... please visit the post," and 2) "Please do not reply to this automated email."

OK, here is something. I get email from the neatobot saying someone replied to my comment, I can read the comment in the mail. There is an option to reply to that comment through the mail, but after sending the reply it does not show up here.

I still see the next and previous buttons at the bottom where they have always been.

I can't read your reply because the robot logo is covering it. Also, where are the page buttons for "next" and "previous" that should be at the bottom of the blog?

Pixar's association with Disney has always troubled me and this is why. It's a real shame because Pixar is/was in a lot of ways the anti-disney and that's why I have enjoyed their movies every bit as much as my children have. It remains to be seen whether Pixar can stave off Disnyfication.
