GE Healthcare wanted LEGO artist Eric Harshbarger to create this model. He resisted the idea and insisted on having a real one in his studio to use as a model. GE didn't hesitate and delivered one to his door.

Admit it: his work is so good that if you weren't told otherwise, you'd assume that this was a picture of a real anesthesia machine.
