The Giant Talking Lamp of Malmö

This 5.8 meter (19 feet) tall lamp is known as The Giant Lamp of Lilla Torg Square. It's a brightly shining popular tourist attraction that visits the many squares of  the Swedish city of Malmö throughout the year but always returns home to Lilla Torg Square for Christmas. Since 2006 this whimsical art project has offered visitors a well-lit place to sit and speaks to them in Swedish. Does anyone know what it's saying?

I am Swedish, but even after listening to the clip several times I cannot make out what it is saying. It does not sound Swedish to me.

Thanks nutbastard. Of course you're right and I've corrected it. I mistyped 3.8 when I converted the measurement. This makes it even more awesome.
