The famous person in the picture with Waldo is of course Shelley from Jules and Shell who after all the newspaper coverage in March last year, couldn’t go out in public ever again. Her fuzzy face is a dead give away!

Waldo is the North American name for the character. Elsewhere he is Wally.

Since the newer photos the link does not show him and the two frames from which he is visible (either side of the O2 shop) are not great shots (in one he is mostly obscured by a bus).
