Ring Parody Starring A Chimp
This great Japanese video features the filming of a The Ring parody, staring an adorable celebrity chimp, Pan-Kun. The effect is not so scary, but completely hilarious.

So the chimp is staring at the ring? No, the camera. Umm…the sky while laying on his back?
I am repeatedly stumped and baffled why this kind of sick animal torture is allowed. Animals should be free.
I won’t say “typical asians”, but that is SO typical asians!
This is hilarious! The chimp has more talent than a lot of hollywood actors.
And people don’t pay attention to trolls like Tokega. I could have sworn I saw chimpanzees in American (and world) zoos, lol.
Man, bad day to have the other article on here. This is torture of a sort.
Make the fucking “handler” climb in the well.
BTW, both Ring movies suck ballsack.
Comletely hilarious?
I just don’t get these videos with the Japanese people in the corner all the time.
That is not a well, that is a big barrel and this is not animal cruelty. If you think it is then there is something very wrong with you.
ted: yeah, seriously. what is so entertaining about watching other people watch what you’re watching? is it some sort of validation exercise?
Johnny Cat:
I always thought they were on some type of game show.
Or it’s the Japanese version of the laugh track (or those audience members of America’s Funniest Home Videos laughing hysterically at pictures of guys getting hit in the balls).
The Japanese corner-people is a bit of a cultural thing the Japanese TV. Many TV shows often have ‘panels’ containing a host and perhaps guests starts, a series of judges, or commentators. Its like of like the commedians on the “I love the 80s” type show and/or American Idol judges.. sorta. They’ll cut completely to them sometimes, but often they’ll but them in little picture-in-picture boxes.
