This is creepy beyond reason. Each and every time I passed this in the living room, I would crumple into the fetal position, rocking back and forth while praying that it would take its eyes off my soul.

would it be more or less creepy with the eyes closed? I want to say less because the non-blinking open eyes is too creepy.

Now this is just wrong. But one question.....Would they use the deceased real hair?

I've got a great idea, make the eyes concave so they follow the person around the room.

Creepy, and in more than just the 'dead unblinking face starting at you' way. Its creepy for the indications of the psychology of those who'd keep it around.

They should put the lid in the bottom of the jar.

This would be so fitting if the deceased had been decapitated.

It looks like a cookie jar. How about making it a music box that'll play the deceased's favorite song when you open it?
